Instagram Contest Policies and Procedures:
1. Contest Duration:
The contest will run from race day October 19 to October 20, 2024 at 11:59pm.
2. Eligibility:
Participants must be following @inspiring_athletics_ab on Instagram.
Participants must use the hashtag #yegautumnclassiccontest in their contest entry.
3. How to Enter:
Participants can enter by posting a creative photo or video related to the Autumn Classic cross country race taking place in Edmonton on October 19, 2024 at Rundle Park.
Use the hashtag #yegautumnclassiccontest and tag @inspiring_athletics_ab in their posts.
4. Winner Selection Criteria:
All Accounts that enter an eligible picture or video will be entered in a draw for the grand prize.
One entry per account.
Odds of winning are based on the number of entries.
5. Grand Prize:
$50 Running Room Gift Card.
6. Winner Announcement:
Winners will be announced on October 21, 2024 via Instagram and contacted through direct messaging on instagram.
7. Usage Rights:
By entering the contest, participants grant permission to Inspiring Athletics and Ellis Timing Canada to share their content on social media and promotional materials.
8. Disqualification:
- Any entries that violate Instagram’s terms of service or these contest rules will be disqualified.
